Here's what happens next. Please read this NOW, it's important!
- If your subscription has already expired, we have to reactivate your account manually. You will receive a "Thank You for Renewing Your Whisperings PureStream Account" email from us when your subscription is ready for you to use again. That should happen within 24 hours (but usually it's much sooner, within a few hours.) Your PureStream account username/password will remain the same as it was before.
- If your subscription has NOT yet expired, we will extend your account out from your current end date. You'll receive an email from us confirming that as well. Again, your login information will not change at all.
- If you have forgotten your login information, your PureStream USERNAME is typically the email address you originally signed up with. Your PASSWORD is whatever you set up when you first signed up. If you can't remember your PASSWORD, go to this form, enter your USERNAME in the field provided, then submit. Once you do that, a secure link to reset your password will be emailed to you *immediately*, so check your inbox for the Password Reset email.
- In the event you do not receive one or more of the above emails from us, please check your spam folders in case the confirmation email ended up there. We do have trouble with certain email clients (hotmail and comcast in particular) filtering out our system emails, sometimes preventing them from being delivered. If you do not see an email from us, add the email address support@solopianoradio.com to your email program's "contacts" list, and then send an email to us directly at support@solopianoradio.com and let us know you need assistance with your account.
